Convert Public Bank statements to Excel, AutoCount or SQL Account

How to download your Public Bank statement

Log in to Public Bank's online banking or mobile app, open the account you need, and look for a "Statement" or "e-Statement" option in the account menu. Choose the date range and download it as a PDF.

Business and current account statements are often kept in a different section of online banking to personal savings statements, so make sure you're pulling the statement for the right account type before you upload it.

Once you have the PDF, upload it to Krani, either directly or by forwarding it from the client's WhatsApp chat.

Every line, checked against the statement

From a Public Bank statement, Krani pulls out the date, transaction description, debit or credit amount, and running balance for every line, then checks that the running balance matches what's printed on the statement before handing it off.

Whether the statement runs to two pages or twenty, Krani reads every line the same way. Credit cost is based on the number of pages, at the same 3-credits-per-page rate as every other bank Krani supports, so a long month-end statement costs the same per page as a short one.

Importing into AutoCount and SQL Account
